This is a tricky question! New builds range from $10,000 to $15,000, but there are a lot of factors that will shift that number in either direction. If you have an existing design or have a current costume we'd be replicating, the cost will likely be lower.

Repairs and maintenance costs are, of course, variable because we know your needs are very specific. We're able to give out more specific numbers after an inquiry and a design consultation!

We try to work quickly without compromising any quality or functionality. That being said, these processes take time. The timeline will depend on things like the complexity of your design, any requested accessories, materials chosen, etc. On average, you can expect to start showing off your new mascot in 8-12 weeks from when the process officially kicks off.

For a new build of a non-existent mascot, the process starts off with the design. We work with an amazing illustrator who can create a design for you if you don't plan to do it yourself. Once we've settled on a design, we'll order materials and begin working on the specifications. We'll take you along throughout the build process and offer you two approval checkpoints to make necessary revisions. As we get closer to the finished product, we offer plenty of check-ins so you can keep an eye on the progress.

Once it's finished, we move on to final photos (we love this part!). Here, you or someone from your team (if possible) will come to the studio, try on the full mascot, and we'll take photos for documentation, dressing instructions, social media, etc. If at any point during process you notice something doesn't fit quite right or the functionality is different than you anticipated, we'll make final revisions. 

Then we're done! You have 30 days after we officially hand it off to you to come back to us with additional revisions (because sometimes you just have to test run it to know, we get it!).
